Shipping Policy

  1. We do international shipping.
  2. We can do combine shipping.
  3. We will provide tracking information for our customers through email.
  4. We will ship out order within 1-14 working days.
  5. Refund and Exchange only available on if you purchased item it's out of stock. Delayed delivery is not a reason to ask for the refund.
  6. We are not responsible for any delays or losses during the transportation. If you have any questions, please contact the postal service/ company directly. 
  7. For International orders, charged the website delivered price PLUS the EXACT Charges (if necessary) for shipping, it depends on your location. It takes 4 to 14 days to most of the countries depending on your location. 
  8. For local customers (Hong Kong), we normally use SF Express, the shipping price paid by costumers. 
  9. It is non-refundable if the package return due to the wrong or invalid address. 
  10. We will charge 3% cancellation fee if you need to change the shipping address after you make the payment. Customer need to process another new order to the new address.
